Try increasing NB voltage a tad or lowering PL (tRD).
I have increased NB to 1.40V, also increased VCore to 1.40V but fail memtest test #5 at DDR2-950 (4:5 divider). I'll try testing each stick separately next I couldn't find PL (tRD) in the bios anywhere though.
