hmmmm sounds like your pushing the mounting pins down too strong, either that, or there is something wrong with the mounting pins...
definately be very careful! when you push the pcb so hard it doesnt boot anymore you are close to breaking the board!

lets check with ocz, maybe theres a mounting guide or some tip or trick on how to mount it well
