hey just a thought,
How about a 120mm rad and fan internally with ur pump moved to the back of the case over the mobo, and another 120 in the roof slightly into the top drive bay???
I have an almost Identical Setup as you and yes I came into this same problem as you! im currently sketching what MIGHT work...

Thanks for the thought mate. However I have found the solution to the problem, have purchased the G33M-DS2R and now the MCR220 will fit just fine
