Not afraid, just showing a point of view. You cannot flash inside windows, so its harder to tweak to find max clocks, how many reboots till you finished?

No way, its far better, especially if you're working with a limited dice/LN2 supply and dontwant to spend hours finding max clocks when on nvidia you can find it in mins.
Then go back and edit your post until you back it up with facts

does ATI tool work?? how about that AMD GPU Clock Tool?? for 4870

i am ditching nv sli for intel mobo + CF this time, evga 680i is just awful, in terms of stability, they do have good customer support but i am tired of spending my money to ship it to evga, then get it back ~ 1.5 weeks later

Found your post skymtl on your forum to be highly logical regarding the issue of p45.

Not. No matter if you believe the article or not, but according to the article, they need to worry unless they have X48 or x38

Would be nice if some other site tried a 4870CF on p45 vs x38 comparison. Or better yet 4870x2 CFX when they come out to see if there are any bottlenecks

    yeah it should be alright..

try it and find out. If anything a quality 500-600w dont cost much nowdays.

not sure if your psu has 2x6pin..you need that or a 4-pin molex to 6pin will work
