OUTSTANDING! Small changes that make a huge difference! Plus the photo-quality makes a big difference to judge it. Keep it going!

I'm using the Sunbeam PSU modding kit.
Used the A.C.Ryan Pin Remover. The pins are pretty tight fit in there, but if you put the pin remover a little around and pull
a bit harder on the cable (not to hard) they come out. A fight between cable and connector has begun

build looks great but one thing that i must point out.

the tubes finish are dull! im a victim of that myself
but what ive tried and works is polishing the tubes
not really hard and is pretty simple to do.

with masterkleer tubing, i give it a nice blast of heat
with my heat gun and it makes it much softer and
smoother. probably dangerous but, i really need to look
up the max temp for those tubes lol

i think you need some tygon.. it would really make the
build, the dull tubes are killing it!

Thanks for replying. It is most definately a fight. I've managed to get one pin out in 2hrs of swearing and cursing . Must be something more to it. I'll grab that AC Ryan tool, most ppl said they used that one.

I agree. As stunning as the build is (and stunning most definately is) the masterkleer prolly wasn't the best choice. But if you like it, that's all that matters

A few new pics. Still work in progress.
As you can see, on every picture the color of the coolant looks different. So i have to keep an eye on the light for the snapshots

Muahaha. My room is far away from sterile. As i said at some point in this thread i got two budgies in here.
So the dust is just horrible. Before i take pictures i dust it off. But it´s not so horrible in the case itself. Only on the top.
When the frontplate arrives the inside should be a lot cleaner.

the fact that the tubing isn't shiny doesn't bother me at all with this build. i actually think it looks pretty good with the somewhat cloudy tubing.

Steffen: The Nickel Acetal Combo will be pure understatement. Lots of people will not recognize the "special", but that's what understatement is all about. Great idea!
