I run 4x2GB of the G.Skill DDR2 1066 RAM at DDR2 1103 at 5-5-5-15-2T @ 2.1v, with no additional cooling fully stable. The RAM does get quite hot to the touch, but that doesn't stop it from being 100% stable.
