I hope that EK will release soon his block.

It should be heavy and expensive with this double block.

Eddie will have them ready next week, though in limited numbers at first... if it's anywhere near 8800GTX block performance my GTX will love it big time !!
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

Héhé I should have my gtx280 the next week (or maybe this week). This time, we don't need to wait too much to have good waterblocks (not like the release of the 8800GTX)

are full cover blocks better than die blocks with a sink on the remaining components (like fuzion gfx with unisink)? or does it not really make a difference?

Well it depends, you will usually get better temps with a die only block and just some sinks on the memory/mosfets compared to a full cover.
The reason is because the coolant takes heat from both the memory/mosfets AND the core/die. So theres added heat dump in other words. But if you've got a big enough radiator(s) there shouldn't be hardly a difference.

And IMO, full covers are sexier.

there is a difference to tubbing management too.
You cannot use big fittings on a MCW-60 or DTEK but when you got a full card block the fittings usually can be in opposite sides and will not collide with each other.

i think im holding both my systems until neha skulltrail comes out.

My 8800GT SLI system still can do way more then what i use it for. Right now all it does is play movies. LOL Need to find some good arcade emulators. :P

Pick up neha skulltrail, migrate this system over to my torture rack, and ditch the SLI setup entirely. *good riddence NViDIA*

I am picking up 2 HD4870X2 in 8 weeks when they come out. Possibly even 3 if we get inside pics on the new neha skulltrail board.

He mean that you cannot use compression fittings due to clearance issues between the threads.

    Sorry for the OT.

    Is 280GTX SLIed 2-way even capable of competing against GX2 4-way SLI ? I thought that a 280GTX single can't even keep up with a single GX2.
