I would not get a Q9450, yes it is a quad and a good cpu, but it has a low fsb wall and most people have not taken it above 3.6ghz. If I were you I would get:
E8500 3.16ghz (9.5X333)
Asus P5Q dleuxe P45
mushkin redlines
nvidia GT260
Enermax 1000w psu
