I have the same problem, constant connection drops. The only way to get connection back is to deactivate and reavtivate the wireless card. Happens every 5 or 6 hours.
BTW: p5k-e, q6600, 4gb, vista x64 no sp1

I recently checked up on the asus forums and apparently there are others who have similar/exact problem.
Nothing wrong with the board itself, but the wifi adapter seems really unstable. Too late for regrets now as I was hoping the wifi was worth the extra dollars.
