Never ever had a corruption issue (touch wood), but i have never been able to use SLI without a freeze (in games, i can run vista as long as i like without freezing with SLI). The GTLrefs and voltages that i have there allow me to use one card with no freezing in games, but i still get freezes in movies, although it takes an hour or two.
