rentay, I'm using Techflex PET - mostly 1/4" size. It's a snug fit on the SATA connectors so I shave the corners like this:






Using a box cutter, I shave some of the plastic off the connector as seen on the left. This ensures the sleeve doesn't snag while feeding over the cable connector. Be sure to shave all 4 corners.



Progess report: I've finalized the loop design and filled it. I have made two observations thus far:

1. Feser One Black coolant is not in fact black (it's more like Welch's grape juice. Ok, that might be a bit harsh - its just very dark purple).

2. Fried Chicken needs to replace his EK GPU copper blocks with these. While I'm not keen on draining the loop, I think those Nickel plated blocks would kick a$$ in his build. I know it's a lot of money for something purely visual and I totally understand if he'd rather stay with the copper... Perhaps some peer pressure would help the cause.
