650mhz as in 2 x 225Mhz. My FSB is 225mhz! That isnt way past the tested settings as the ram is tested to run at 1066Mhz! Im almost half that! It's running underclocked. I tried 1066 strap at 2.1v but it wont boot. Now its at 1.9v and 225mhz with 5-5-5-15. Latencies wont tighten either.
