What is EPP2.0 then, i think is the same like EPP2.0 on DDR3 (stored profiles)... configuring the memory manually. for EPP 1.0 there was a drive strength setting etc, but for EPP 2.0 there is no additional setting that really changes anything, at least afaik...
PS. Striker II Ex BIOS 601 was deleted from Asus site (whats wrong is with this version?)
