and cas6 never worked for me on this mobo its been along time since I tryed it but it didnt work

why dont you use the x9 mulit ?
It usually does that for me too, but not this time. I woke up this morning and it still doesn't work. I didn't use the x9 multiplier because I had to jump from 366 to 401 becauseof the FSB hole, and i didn't want to jump from 3.2ghz to 3.6...maybe not as good a decision in retrospect

Any other ideas? Anyone else had their board power on but not post, and unplugging/resetting the CMOS didn't work?
