you can measure vcore at these points marked red...
    Abit more inaccurate here.
    Bios: 1.3125V
    CPU-Z: 1.312V
    DMM: 1.355V

Found points for NB voltage (green).

    Bios: 1.14375V
    DMM: 1.142-1.143V

Testing voltages with 4pin vs 8pin rail:

    Bios: 1.3125/1.14375 (cpu/nb)

    4pin/idle:
    CPU-Z: 1.296V
    DMM-CPU: 1.326V
    DMM-NB: 1.139V

    8pin/idle:
    CPU-Z: 1.296V
    DMM-CPU: 1.327V
    DMM-NB: 1.138V

    4pin/load:
    CPU-Z: 1.312V
    DMM-CPU: 1.353V
    DMM-NB: 1.139V
    P-Tuner 12V1(max): 13.5A/12.04V
    P-Tuner 12V2(max): 0
    DMM-12V1: 11.92V

    8pin/load:
    CPU-Z: 1.312V
    DMM-CPU: 1.351V
    DMM-NB: 1.139V
    P-Tuner 12V1(max): 7.2A/12.09V
    P-Tuner 12V2(max): 5.4A/12.09V
    DMM-12V1: 12.04V
    DMM-12V2: 12.05V

Using 8ping results in more accurate 12V1 P-Tuner readings.
Beside the 0.03-0.04V higher vcore (which is huge isn't it?) everything else seems to be in range.
