    Was hoping to alter bios to get it reading correctly but the versions of modbin I have here that opens the bios correctly will not allow any changes...so i will be mailing Jimmy with the findings here in the hope they will alter the bios options.

    For now please be aware the board overvolts the memory quite a lot, setting 1.8v in bios actually sets 1.93v on the board.

    for your enjoyment i have mapped out what i regard the true working range.

    on the left the bios value....on the right the actual value measured with a DMM.

    Code:
    1.37=1.49
    1.38=1.50
    1.39=1.51
    1.40=1.53
    1.41=1.54
    1.42=1.55
    1.43=1.56
    1.44=1.575
    1.45=1.58
    1.46=1.59
    1.47=1.60
    1.48=1.62
    1.49=1.63
    1.50=1.64
    1.51=1.645
    1.52=1.65
    1.53=1.66
    1.54=1.67
    1.55=1.69
    1.56=1.70
    1.57=1.71
    1.58=1.72
    1.59=1.73
    1.61=1.75
    1.62=1.76
    1.63=1.77
    1.64=1.78
    1.65=1.79
    1.66=1.8
    1.67=1.81
    1.68=1.82
    1.69=1.83
    1.70=1.84
    1.71=1.85
    1.72=1.86
    1.73=1.87
    1.74=1.88
    1.76=1.89
    1.77=1.9
    1.78=1.91
    1.8=1.93
    1.82=1.94
    1.83=1.95
    1.85=1.97
    1.87=1.99
    1.90=2.01
    1.93=2.03
    1.96=2.06
    2.0=2.08
    2.03=2.12
    2.07=2.15
    2.12=2.19
    2.16=2.23
    2.21=2.28
    2.26=2.32

    I will suggest to DFI this is all we actually need, most DDR2 is topping out on the 790FX M2R around 2.1 to 2.2V max, so allowing to 2.3 is more than enough.
