Back on the Sapphire again. Flashed 416 bios and did a temp comparison.

No difference between 307 and 416 here. A note I manuals set CPU TEMP Adjust to +2.
Now close to 40°C seemed abit high. Well I had the USB-Stick plugged in.

Temps dropped 6°C.

Better now. I'l give the lates sapphire bios a try now.
