my bios VID is 1,34375, but cpu-z reads out 1.360V constantly with droop disabled. With droop enabled the Vcore drops to 1.344 under load.

edit 1:
tweaking the GTL or disabling droop didn't help my pc get stable at 8x510, so i'm now upping the Vnb to 1.65, if that doesn't work then i think i'll increase the "SBcore/CPU PLL", and as last i'll try the VTT (means more GTL tweaking :S)... sounds right?

edit 2:
VNB didn't do the trick: prime fails after 1m :S CPU PLL is up next..
I do get the same cpuz reporting .02 overvolt. Well, sometimes it's correct, depends on the setting. It seems to shift what it reports in ranges. The only way to really know is to measure directly on the board.

Also, in my experience on this mobo PLL has stayed at bare miniumum, VTT max 1.2v, nb max 1.4v. And had no troubles benching up to 550fsb, stable up to around 520. I don't think you need those, I think you need vcore. Relying on the nb, vtt, pll might help you get higher fsb at or near the very peak, but if you run stability tests like prime up there you're asking for trouble I think.
