Seeing that the results posted so far indicate that ICD7 lowers temperatures by 1-2C over its rivals, the following questions beg to be asked:

1. Does the use of ICD7, coupled with high end cooling equipment, allow higher or more stable overclocks?

2. Is there deterioration of cooling performance over time(of most interest to DC folks)?
