At full load the 2 dies are different by 5*C, so they are tracking together pretty well. Maybe the 2 dies have different TjMax's?Originally Posted by unclewebb
I would say it's a mounting issue or die-IHS contact, but the die in question is actually colder...you'd think it'd be hotter if it was getting bad contact.
