I thought 40nm was only for memory chips made for the likes of Samsung, Hynix, Qimonda, etc...? Also at TSMC?

Hmmm so that G did look funny, since it was a C.
I definitely meant TSMC's 40nm and that ATi/AMD might have 40nm GPUs.
