Apparently, the black dimm slots do. I swapped my RAM sticks to the black DIMM slots, and I was able to tight my RAM timings from 4-4-4-12-1T Transaction Booster 1 to 3-3-3-9-1T TB 3.

This is on a E2180 overclocked to 10x333 with a 1:1 FSB:RAM ratio.
