I have heard giga p35 dq6 is good at high FSB.
And I have two anxious points.
One is the speed of Pi.
Another is Vcore mod.
Are they OK?

Yeah there's many P35-DQ6's doing 630MHz+.
Only thing is if you need extra PLL (above 1.85V) you need to put your own power supply into vccpll pin via a "000" resistor just near the socket, which is the bridge between vPCI-E and the socket vccpll.
There is another mod, which involves SMC's but it just increase vPCI-E by 0.2V above any BIOS setting chosen.
