Sorry for the delayed updates,, been extremely busy with work commitments.
Here are 2 pictures of the powdercoating. Sorry for the somewhat poor lighting and pictures, I am using the camera from my Nokia N95 8GB.

ok, here are the pics of some of my parts. Still waiting for my CPU, RAM and Vid card to arrive!

G80: Probably a good idea to pay a proper powdercoater as with aluminium you have to be careful with heating as aluminium can crack and crumble extremely easily under extreme heat with no signs of heat stress.
64dragon: powdercoating I feel finishes off the interior. I have seen many pics of the TJ07 with a black exterior and the silver inside ,,, something just didnt look right!
Jay78: so true! the case is unbelievable. I was researching cases for about a month and a half and it was a toss up between the Lian Li V1200+ or the TJ07. In the end, it came down to watercooling and the whole case setup and I was far happier with the design of the TJ07 over the Lian Li. Something about the V1200+ front just didnt appeal to me with all the small holes!
Calmatory: The project, including all parts and powdercoating plus misc. expenses comes to approx $3000 AUD which is not all that bad! The powdercoating cost me $80 AUD. To find the lowest prices possible I used a site here in Australia called "Staticice" found here: www.staticice.com.au
Regards
