The Northbridge (middle heatsink) has an outer pad that is white. It keep's the heatsink straight so you should leave that on, just apply compound to the center.
The Mosfets I would make sure you use a non-capacitive compound like Ceramique.
You should try and keep a fan blowing on the Mosfet heatsink or perhaps mount one on it if you are using a Quad Core CPU, it gets pretty hot even after the mod.
If you look for Ace-a-Rue's post further up the page there is a link to his mod with instructions, it's in his signature.
Thanks for the feedback th3joker & jtf2,
After reading this review "TIM Roundup 2007", I think i will be applying Tuniq TX-2 to the NB,SB, and Mosfets.

The new question is, when I mount the fans to the NB & Mosfets, do I point them so they are blowing air towards the heatsinks or pulling air away?
Can anyone post pic's of how they have mounted there fans to or at these heatsinks?
