It is really unfortunate that as popular a fan as the Sanyo Denkis are that no one can keep them in stock.

Petra's has been out for quite a while.

Frozen CPU has pulled them from their 'site. I called them 01/14 and they stated that they had gotten theirs on closeout and would probably not be restocking them.

It seems the problem is Sanyo Denki America.

I called Sager Electronics in Dallas 2 years ago. They told me that SD America requires a very large purchase (> 500 units) in order to import them. I guess $10K worth of one single fan SKU is hard for a distributor to swallow. And there are only three distributors for the entire US. Arrow, Marsh and Sage.

Whether this is true on not, I don't know, I'm just going by what I'm told. But it's a damn shame, nonetheless.
