Well TKC I think 1232mhz @ 2.4 volts is kinda weak...
I think 1311mhz @ 2.3 is much better! That's just my opinion.

By all means M Farkha set your mem on auto and run those timings til you get your system back up then load up bios 502 as it is more liberal on the mem settings.
in the bios leave the FSB Strap to NB set at auto. Then scroll down to dram frequency and set it to auto. It will boot on the 4:5 but it will be a little more relaxed
See if that helps.. I have found it best top allways leave the fsb strap to auto and just adjust the dram frequency after I installed bios 502. Give it a try.
you can also try setting the fsb strap to Northbridge at 266 and leave the dram frequeny on auto like this
This worked well for me with bios 107.
Another nice feature with this G.Skill HZ and this board is, if temps are making you hover right at 400 fsb you can just crank your memory to the Xtreme and gain quite a bit of power as a result.
Here at 400 fsb and my memory running on the 3:5 I am running at 1333mhz!! at 2.36v. this pushes my cpu scores up dramatically
from 1:1 or even 4:5 both of those settings will return you around 20,700 at tight timings which is about 1,000 less cpu points then the 3:5.
Here is that shot.
This was with my 8800GTX running on my gaming settings of 644/1457/1035
Stay patient with this board!! I am finding more out about it all the time. I really like it!!
