is the gddr3 killing it at high res? The ATi cards aren't very good at AA as it is... What's going on there?

Nvidia won't come after anyone. They are not stubborn, they know that all these prereleased scores cause chatter which in turn will cause massive sales.

Here is your comparable gts vs my gt, though your cpu scores are higher.

    I am running a x3210 at 3520mhz and your q9650 is running at 3640mhz.
I then clocked my gt at exactly the same specs 650-972-1625

Below is the result details of your submitted project.

TM anyway you can lower your cpu clock and get closer to the 5500 06-3dmark cpu score so we can compare?
    I think the qx is 5% faster at same core (3520mhz - 5% = 3344mhz)

Sorry, I had a great laugh out of this. These two things are completely at odds with one another.

    Intersting results though....

Too bad 3dmark06 scores do not reflect the actual performance of these cards at all anymore...

Well QFT is "quoted for truth" so use your imagination as to what the M stands for...my sense is he is strongly agreeing to say the least...

Looks like it needs high resolutions to start pulling much from the GT.
