funny, at 3.825 im OCCT beta stable

but i cant run large prime for more then 20 minutes without an automatic bluescreen/restart

yeah I have the same problem. if I'm prime stable then the system is unstable, but if I'm occt stable the only thing that doesn't work is prime lol.

How hot is everyone else's Northbridge running?

I'm entirely on air, but I have good airflow in my case and mine runs a good 55-62 degrees celsius. That seems really really hot to me, but perhaps all you guys getting better temps are watercooling.

it's not hot for the chipset. I have the same temps. the chipset can handle up to 90C.
