Transpiper works depending on how well you install it (Application of thermal paste, active cooling on it, custom mods). However, you will see a much bigger improvement for temps by putting a fan on the PWM or chipset (or both).

You'll need to start feeding the NB and VTT a bit more love if you want to see some good results. Try 1.57v NB and 1.53 VTT, GTL's 106 106 112 (VTT GTL's may need adjustment).

Make sure you overshoot CPU voltage when you're doing initial testing (just rules out one other factor that could be causing errors/barriers). Once you find it stable you can step it down after and re-test.
