EDIT: For some reason on my card it brought it up to 1.3v in 3d, even though it's advertised as 1.25. My previously stable speeds seem stable, so I'm going to start ramping up the GPU.

And I wasn't aware of any differences in RAM types...not that any of this applies to me and my 1GB anyway
