Ah, ok I have the 1gb GDDR4 pro, and I keep the pro bios, because it benches higher than the XT at the same speeds, and I can already do 820/1035 perfectly stable with the pro bios using atitool artifact scanner for 2+ hours (and still no failure). Of course I am using a thermalright hr-03, as5 and a ghetto mounted 120mm fan I may even look into lapping the hr-03, it seems to have a pretty crappy finish on the contact surface. (compared to say, a scythe ninja)

Once ATITool is updated and voltage adjustment works, I assume I will be able to scale even higher as I am on all stock volts with the card currently.
