I did it (flashed the BIOS) because Crysis is coming out next week and based off the beta I need all the FPS I can get. Here are the preliminary results:
2d GPU Voltage from 1.00 to 1.10 and amperage from 25.3 to 33.1. Not sure why they raised 2d volts, that seems dumb. Maybe there's some sort of global multiplier that affects 2d as well. The stock clocks are as advertised (880/950), but fortunately I can use AMD GPU Clock Tool to lower them, as my card was only stable at 864/920 previously. I'm going to start there and work up using UT3 demo as a stability testing platform. (since it's alot more fun than ATI Tool) Here's some info dumps from the BIOS:

EDIT: For some reason on my card it brought it up to 1.3v in 3d, even though it's advertised as 1.25. My previously stable speeds seem stable, so I'm going to start ramping up the GPU.
