Its woth trying raising the multipler to 9 and Northbridge=1.55 and see if that loads. at 400x9. If not or not stable drop the FSB down in increments of 10 keeping memory 1:1 until it does then try lowering the vcore. What PSU have you got - everest is showing the 12v rail as supplying only 11v (probably not accurate) and (dumb question but--) have you connected the 4/8 pin 12v connector to the board? Have you also checked the RAM out with memtest86 - what colour slots is it in.
It seems that I have to test another configs...

My PSU is a Thermaltake Toughpower 550W. I have the 4 pin 12v connector plugged in. And the RAM are in the green slots (1,3).

First I'm going to check the ram with memtest86 for search errors. Then I'll try raising the multiplier (9)... and the northbridge voltage (1.55v)...

I'm wih the 0404 bios. Should I have to upgrade it to the latest? There are this bios in asus ftp:

File: 0501.zip 968 KB 22:11:00
File: 0503.zip 968 KB 22:11:00
File: 0505.zip 969 KB 16:11:00
File: 0601.zip 971 KB 16:39:00

Maybe that could help a little bit... or no?
