Jinu117 SS Worklog (vapoli, UFO, etc)

**UPDATE** I've changed name of the thread so I don't clutter forum and decided to put all my SS work here of same nature, now it includes V2000, UFO, and what not :P **/UPDATE**

Started building one for my customer. Figured it is about time I post and flaunt my build since I haven't done it for a while lol.
New condensers we got for this use (yes chilly and I am using same one right now... good stuff so far).
No need for desuperheater really. Leak testing ATM.

Evap... been leak tested for 30+ hours 175psi.

Love the new condenser... so clean. The loop there is really for vibration dampening than anything else.

The codenser has nut riveted places for Fans. I think Reggie does same right now. just screw in 6/32 and it's all set

Just another side in case someone want to look at... nothing special really.

Well leak testing whole thing till tomorrow and will load test probably 48 hours later or so with triple evac, etc.

Great work. Doesn't the filter need to be on a downward angle? (It may just be the picture)

Condenser is custom designed for our use (chilly1 and me). We ordered 100 of it for first run to see how well it does. It is custom designed condenser. Anyways, here is the completed unit. Customer is coming in tomorrow to pick up the unit. Since he is new at this game we might install system here.
    Here is quick outside looks...

it's using optional EX-34 hdd mounting kit instead of EX-23 orginally supplied as well as additional dvd cover... all lian-li.

Something unusual eh? Basically psu plugs into this as well as power connector is typical pc connector for the unit. This way, froster will force shutting down psu if things goes really bad.

    Innards.

    from the other end.

well, quick idling temp... Froster reads about 4c off on this unit... each froster seems tad different unfortunately... I would love manual pot to adjust temp... hint hint.

Guess frost shot... well, this wasn't much frost since I basically took pic as soon as unit hit it's idling temp

If the evap wasn't sticking out, no one would ever know that there was a Vapo in that Lian Li case - unless he/she picks it up. Damn fine job Jin. Clean, neat, concealed.......speechless......
