Every time It goes to 3d mode it hard locks the system. All games except Geometry Wars = hard lock. Tried RTHDBL too and it does the same thing. Vista Aero works fine but that is about it.

I even tried watercooling the thing with a spare Maze 4 I had lying around but no go...

Have you considered replacing your PSU? IMO it sounds like a psu problem. On the other hand I found others with similar issues with that PSU. Look here and here see if this helps any? Also read the replies at newegg. If you determine that is the problem I am sure they can replace it.
