Well that's one of the reasons I said each CPU/mobo is different, I have 3 quads now ranging from 1.21, 1285 and 1.35 vid, the first one runs 3ghz at stock 1.2 (real volts under load) but I need to set 1.250 in bios to get there (that's on my P5K DLx), the Quad on my Striker is the 1.35 Vid one and that one needs real 1.42 volts to get to 3.4 stable even though it runs also on stock voltage at 3ghz... you have to see if you set it in the bios, reboot it , see the value in the bios or via everest or sortlikes (I wouldn't recommend CPU-Z as it behaves very erratic when reading out CPU voltages...) then start priming the PCU and see the Vcore voltage go down again, if it fails , bump it up or drop it ... I usually start a bit higher then back off slowly...
Sorry for the volts I just copied Linflas settings from first pageand just adapted the NB, 1.2HT at which my rig works... edited previous post...
