Thats a good question though IMO I think the Fusion still has the lead. I have a liquid cooled Opty 170 system at 3G on my left here that is using the Storm rev2 and the Q rig on my right has the Fusion which I think is working better though there are many variables that can effect a direct comparison. I think the Fusion might have a slightly larger Copper surface area which would certainly give it an advantage in heat dissipation. There are however a couple of new players out in the water block arena that look very promising.
