These settings are 24/7 rock solid. 12hour SmallFFT, 12hour LargeFFT - then ran ram through Memtest86+ for 8hrs and its running a 24 hour Blend @priority 9 right now.

Also have 500x7 DDR2 1000/1250 4-4-4-10/5-5-5-15 working as well and stable.

500x7 takes 1.45v and a slight increase on the NB/FSB voltages and ram takes 2.28v for DDR2 1250 stable at 5-5-5-15 with some pretty good subtimings. I got some screenies goin up soon as blend finishes for 450x8.

Done nothing with 400x9 with DDR2 800 or 1000 but I would imagine its all the same, I like higher FSB's more

The subtimings I have been using 7-3-5-4-6-4-6 have been great, real stable as well according to blend and memtest. I will be trying to lower the values some more in the coming days.
