Beggars cant be choosers. 680i is crap compared to Intel chipsets, but its the only one that you can run SLI on. So some of you are stuck with it. If nvidia allowed SLI on Intel boards I can assure you that they would perform on par with nvidia parts, if not better. No one in their right mind would buy a 680i board then.
