Given a choice between a CPU @ 3.0 GHz & RAM @ 220 MHz OR CPU @ 2.8 GHz & RAM @ 250 MHz which would you pick?

Of course I'd pick the one with 3 GHz and 220 MHz RAM Just had to state it!
