any of you guys able to help with my last questions / post?

My instinct is that you need way more vCore than 1.425 for 3.8GHz. Also, at those kind of FSB, you will need to tweak GTL. You very well may have hit a wall at that FSB/MHz (I don't know anyone that's got a quad running at that speed on this board) but you won't know til you give it max juice and tweak GTL. Welcome to the fun that is OC'ing a DFI board!
