Don't think it's going to be a problem with a quad since the IP35 Pro and IP35-E share the same PWM IC and 4-phase circuit. The Pro has an additional ADI (analog device) IC for extreme overclocking above 500MHz FSB.
Quads tend to top-out around 3.4 to 3.5GHz because they run hotter (100C vs 85C Tjunction). My E4300 has a 100C Tjunction and it runs HOTTER than other E4300s by 10C. Fortunately, it also overclock well...3.47GHz at 1.465Vcore.
