You got that right. Compared them side by side with my Silenx Xtrema Pros tonight. At 32dba compared to the claimed 14dba of Silenx they are actually quieter. If you hold them up to your ear at all angles the Silenx is definitely louder.

As for cooling and airflow both are pretty much the same. Same temps across the board. Yates are quieter for sure though. The Yate UVs are gorgeous too. Really nice brilliant blue.
