Couple things, all voltages read by PC Probe are correct (measured by volt meter) except one, vDIMM is set at 2.375v in the bios, reported as 2.42v by PC Probe but is actually only 2.27v according to the volt meter, both at full load and idle. Weird.

Well, im'a head now and leave it on overnight. Will post results in the morning.

Well I make my own assumptions about what is stable or not, Orthos is good but it does not tell you all. Well bit strange if you are not a programmer.
