    ATI X1950XT 256Mb is out (GDDR3 @ 1800Mhz)

    hi guys , x1950XT 256mb is out , but come with GDDR3 instead of GDDR4 like the X1950XTX but the speed memory is 1800Mhz .




    The price is around 260 dolares .

    its almost same price as X1900XT 256Mb but X1950XT have + 350mhz in memory

    We have them at the computer store that I work at, they came in today. They say DDR3 on the box. Don't have a photo, so you have to take my word for it. I checked cause I was hoping they'd be DDR4. There £185 which isn't too bad.

    x1950xt
    x1950xtx
    x1950CF

    plus, you can still buy x1900xt and xtx 512 versions.

    ATI, stop this sh-t and work harder on R600 now!

    If your going for a single card - then by all means go for it.

    But if your thinking Crossfire, forget it.

    Unless they are releasing an X1950XT Crossfire.. you would have to go with the XTX version - and thats + another £300.

    IMO ATI must sell most of R580/R570 cores before R600 release. Thats why they released midrange cards with R580.
