If my TDP went up, my temps would not be so low. Idle = 30-33C, Load = 45C running Hyper Pi 32M. eg.. my friend runs his 125w PII x4 920 at stock, 2.8ghz 1.35v, with idle temps 7-10C higher than mine.

Or they may have lowerd the TDP(and clock speeds) and disabled the L3 cache to meet market demand and/or to keep the market from being flooded with PII x4's.
