What manufacture will you choose and why?

Also, what card(s) are you upgrading from?

I ordered the gigabyte 6870 yesterday. I've never owned a gigabyte card but they make very reliable motherboards. 3 year warranty @ $239 and it has a pretty sweet design on the card to top it off.
