My humble 2c on tube routing if you don't mind: I'd do pump -> CPU -> Rad -> GPU -> Res. You'll need 2x90s on the GPU, rest should be fine. Raise the pump by about 2cm so the pump-to-CPU line is level.

I'll try it with the other suggestions sometime soon.

really like the project, i'm thinking of doing something similar myself.

just wondering, if you're using a matx motherboard, could you place the drives underneath the 5.25" bays (i'm assuming that's where they are originally) and have room on top of the case for another rad?

how much space is available on top if you're using the 5.25" bays?
and is there a point in putting a 1x140 rad up there?

You could easily fit another 2.120 radiator up there, it's about 8,5cm from the top to the motherboard if you use the original hard drive cage and 5,25" slots.

Question: Did you break the warranty when you painted the gfx "casing" ? I would love to do something simular with my 5850 gfx plastic ugly thing. AND still maintain the warranty :P

You could probably buy another stock cooler from someone who's doing LC or something, and paint i instead.

Did you get a new Geforce decal from somewhere to apply after you painted your cards housing?

Been thinking about painting mine as well but wanted to find one before I do it...

No I peeled it off with a needle before painting the housing, it was thick separate letters with some glue on the back.

I finally got hold of my dremel yesterday, so I got to work with the case.
Still just pretty raw "in action"-pics.

First off, I drilled and tapped four holes for the new feet.


Insert radiator here!


A few cuts later, I didn't have my grinding tools at home so it's a pretty raw cut.


A simple cut to the radgrill, so that it clears the foot.


Fits quite nicely, but I'm not using this one, it was just for testing before I cut the real thing.


The new feet looks so good on the case.


Same goes for the back.
