Thanks for the tips Sniper. I tried your suggestions: QPI/VTT voltage to 1.3V, brought down Vcore to 1.3, upped DRAM voltage to 1.64V, something I was reluctant to down since my ram is rated 1.5-1.6. I also enabled LLC.

Sadly, it's a no go. 3 minutes into Orthos and it's BSOD.

I also tried the following: 1.29v Vcore, and 1.275v Vtt, IOH Core is at 1.140v, QPI PLL @ 1.140v, 1.300v CPU PLL, and 1.66v VDimm.
CPU clock drive 800mV, PCIE clock drive 900mV.
    CPU clock skew at 100ps

BSOD after 5 minutes into Orthos.

In both cases my temps idled at the 37 to 39C range and 62C-63C during Orthos while it lasted. Turbo boost is also disabled.

I also tried lowering the DRAM frequency to 1200 to rule it out but it didn't help.

    Now I'll try a mix of the two: 1.29V Vcore, 1.3V QPI/VTT , 1.6V DRAM
